Welcome to the East side of Grandview Heights! Beginning at the ever-expanding Grandview Yard development, you'll learn about novel businesses, quaint green spaces, and an almost 100-year-old school. The furthest stop on the tour is a cottage in Grandview Height's Utopia development featured in a national magazine and designed by a prominent local architect. Conclude this interesting tour with a walk down Goodale Boulevard, the original access street for goods and visitors (and circus animals!) into the area.
